He's somewhat similar to Quake in his no-touch way to play.
    I like him.

He doesn’t need the awakening does he?

Only for longer content like incursions.
Although if you want to be *really* picky, he gets annoying defensively depending on what he rolls.
High sig makes him a menace on defense

    Parry > Heavy hold.
Sp1 throw when at 10 bleeds.

    Simple and easy.
Parry and hold to pause stuns and degen durations. Let them die as they stand.
A little addition, heavy and hold again to gain vicious at the least before throwing sp1.
    Drastically increases damage.

Second best mutant in my opinion. Super sustainable with the bleed healing (willpower), great damage (very few champs are degen resistant), great block proficiency (with Bulwarks), access to power control and concussion, great for questing, war, BGs, he’s the best Bullseye counter by far, he’s honestly just perfect with the way they buffed him, they did him justice.

You also forgot he reduces purifies.

He does that as well, but when I tried it, the opponent still kept purifying (I think it's a bug though, the counter turns to -1)

he's literally the SAME as 6-star Rank 5 Ascended....same fking stats.
I would understand if you said Rank 3 Mr.Sinister.
PS: wait till you test him in BG's where everyone runs Inequity 3/3 so the damage goes even lower.

He only does it against skill champs, and I believe it is only against champs abilities, not nodes.

What relic are you all using with him?
  • BulmktBulmkt Member Posts: 1,644 ★★★★
For non-solo play, always team him with Apoc
Apoc gives Mr S a 50% boost to his degens
    3rd teammate add Cable.

And yes, a R3 Mr Sinister is outstanding

Mr Sinister. The relic adds extra bleeds which equal extra degen

Thanks. My problem is having too many candidates for that relic between him, Domino, Storm OG, etc.

I'd suggest Ultron or Kingpin for the third synergy. Those champs can handle different match ups than Cable (match ups which Apoc and Sinister can already cover), and their synergy is more valuable imo (power lock after specials thrown by defense instead of a random 25% boost).

Interesting. It appears I will be ranking up sinister when I get him after all.

    Once again
Old 6* heroes introduced as 7*
beats NEW 7* heroes in damage. 🤡

Older champs buff > Newer champions. Hulk, Juggernaut, Chavez, Kingpin, Magneto all dump on the newer champs.

    Power control?
Sp3 power drains, and can also be paused on holding heavy. So ideally you would stun, launch sp2 while stunned, hold heavy, hood heavy. Not the best power control, but works. Concussion on sp3 also can prevent power gain buffs like Hyperion.

No one talks about this piece of utility, but the fact that he can prolong the stun amd degen just makes him so much powerful. Defender got an unstoppable? Stun and wait until it falls off. If you get a little longer stuns or if you get to time it just right you can delay the degens 3 times. I loved him before the buff, but now Wow. I'm just waiting to confirm there won't be another way to dupe him naturally and then use the AG on him. If not it'll go to Sp99 or Shocker

From what I know, there are only 35 tickets left. If I am not mistakening.
That will bring you up to a total of 94.
