Missing Items from purchase

I purchased 2 of the Tony stark briefcases and it appears as though I received everything except the 15,000 7* shards. If someone can correct this that would be great. Thanks in advance

Same here. Instead of 7500 7*shards, I got 1500 total shards. It happened twice

Did you try restarting the game? I had a weird thing happen where I pulled 7* Domino twice, initial and first time dupe, in the same crystal pop. When I went to my champs she was unduped. Restarted the game and it was fine.

I recieved 1500 Titan shard instead of 7500 7* shards

Seems like shards are interchanged in Tony Stark and Star Lord Offer

In Star Lord offer from webstore, user's are getting 7* shards but offer shows titan shards

I restarted a couple of times but unfortunately it didn’t resolve it

To everyone experiencing an issue, make sure you submit a ticket to Kabam support. The support team handles these things, not the forum team.

Also happened for me, i have submitted a ticket to kabam, hopefully they can figure it out soon cause i am afraid of opening anything until it is resolved lol
