Keep pushing story content, ideally get to act 9 and 100% act 9.1 and then get back to act 8 and 100% it or clear crucible or one path of necropolis

Yeah, exploring Act 8 and 9.1 will make you Valiant. That's the easiest way by far.

Getting to 9.1 and exploring it and then exploring the Cruicible is probably the quickest way, but you've got to have the roster for the Crucible since you can only use each champion once in there.

Necropolis is also an option, although I don't think you've got the roster for that just yet. It's the most difficult option by far (but also very fun).

Start exploring 8.3 first and use those materials to rank up and explore 8.4. If you have or can get the 6* sinister, willpower mastery, awaken him, team him up with apoc and he can clear so many lanes in act 8/9 cheap and easy.
