How do the milestone rewards work on the hunger and cure realm event?
When do we get them and when we do do we get all?
When the hunger/cure realm event ends do we get every single milestone reward?

I am level 60 valiant but everytime I get refined XP my progress bar does not move why not?
Yeah I get a ton of refined XP from daily super and solo raids but every time that I get some my XP bar does not move. It used to when I went from level 53 --> 60 but not anymore.
