Next "LEGEND" Title Availability

Does anyone know when the next LEGEND title will be available. I know their was an event around 2 months ago but I missed it but I really want that cool banner. Is there a schedule or any sort of speculation about when a new opportunity to get a LEGEND title will arise.

P.s. - By legend i mean like collector commended or suited up

You can get a legend title now. You just have to complete all the 10th Anniversary Carina Challenges.
