I don't know if I'll want to write a write for it so if they can't and I do have to run it all over again, here's where I was at. I'm terrible with unblockable nodes. But on the bright side, at least I don't have to worry about Silver Centurion for a bit.

Shang chi: 4 revives full heal FAM

I'm fine with that, I was only two revives in.

They can put you back into the fight. You'll lose your persistent ramp on your champs (like aegon, as desi says), but in my experience, they do retain the partial health of the defender. Just don't do anything in-game, and write a request ticket

For anyone. That has done this before, am I allowed to play arena or incursions to get the daily super events milestones and just not do any quests, or should I just touch absolutely nothing until I hear back? At least I didn't do this Friday evening and had to wait the entire weekend.

I havent made this specific request before, but I will say that recently support response time has been much slower than normal. Possibly due to a backlog surrounding the recent sales. People have been reporting response times in the days, and I had a similar situation with support very recently.

When someone says “don’t touch anything” in these situations they mean don’t touch anything that could affect support trying to reset your run. Meaning: don’t enter any single player content, don’t use any of the champs in other content they might get locked up in (like AQ or AW). In fact, don’t use those champs at all. But you can do other things. The important thing is don’t do anything that could interfere with their ability to do the reset.

If you are running any other single player content when they try to do the reset, they can’t put you in Necropolis (can’t do two things at once). If your champs are on AQ attack, they can’t yank them to put into Necropolis. That’s the sort of stuff to stay away from.

It isn’t that you can’t do other quests, it is that in the past players who did sometimes got unlucky and were in those quests at the moment support tried to address that problem and got an update to their tickets saying, in effect “we tried but you were in a quest.” If that happened here, now, with the current backlog, it might have been a while before you got them to try again.
