I just did these 48 fights and I’m not sure if this is a bug or actually a reward for the first couple players that do this?

Same like that title is in sq too . I completed the sq but didn't got the reward

Yeah ! Bugged ofc . But here it's here . I did sq when it came but didn't got that title . One of my frnd did it lately and got this title like this .

Check right above the level showing.
Probably means the title in the milestone is the same as there.
