Based on class, I think:
For Skill I would say Kingpin
For Science I would say Human Torch/Spidey
For Mutant I would say Iceman
For Tech I would say Hulkbuster/Stark Spidey
For Cosmic I would say Cosmic Ghost Rider/Hyperion
For Mystic I would say Spider-Man Supreme

Overall I think it is Cosmic Ghost Rider, it burns but it's cool
