Is Dust worth ranking up?

I recently pulled a 7* Dust. I don’t know much about the character is she worth ranking up to R2 or even R3

She’s a crazy defender in Battlegrounds. For that reason alone she’s worth ranking up.

Not to mention great immunities and decent damage.

Very useful for offense (and defense if you play BG or War). You won't regret it.

I r3 her the second I pulled her (when r3 materials were harder to get), she is a top double threat champ.

she's a very good champion, if you phone can handle her
