Second Rank 3 7*
I am planning on taking dazzler to rank 3 as soon as I have the resources but I’m unsure who my second rank 3 should be so I can become valiant. This is my current 7* roster who do you think would be the best option for my second rank 3. I have a generic rank 1-2 gem also. Appreciate any comments thank you.

I’ve just completed act 8.3 and once I have pushed to complete act 9.1 I should have enough resources to rank up 1 7* to rank 3. I am unsure which special quest to do to get a rank 2-3 gem for my second 7* rank 3 so I can become valiant. Which would be the easier option (less skill/effort required)
