Tips to get 7* R3

I am an average player at the game and have recently got back into the game and just pushed to get the paragon title.
Looking for some tips for the best easy options for getting 7* R3 so I can push for the Valiant title all tips welcome thank you

    Play Battlegrounds, use tokens to buy T4A from the Battlegrounds store.
    Complete and fully explore Acts 8 and 9.1.
    Grind units from arena, use units to buy R3 materials (usually best during sale events).
    Spend money (quick and easy, but it involves spending money).
