Every class has a few champs that can have solid arguments for being the best, and Kushala is definitely in that category for Mystics.

The thing that makes her so unique, is that unlike most mystics that can only truly shine against buff heavy opponents, Kushala can place ignition buffs on the opponent that she can then nullify and apply incinerates in their place.

Immune to nullify or incinerate? No problem. Save up for the sp2 and put a soul barb on them.

Really the only way Kushala can't shine is if it's against a buff immune champ. Not many mystics would shine against those opponents though.

So yeah, definitely worth r3, and you wouldn't regret it.

She has damage, and great utility.

Her awakened ability is very well-rounded, which makes it worth investing in but also not something that is so critical to her that she absolutely needs it before you can start ranking her up. The only time I've really thought "man, I'm happy my Kushala is max sig" was when I fought Mole Man in Spring of Sorrow or whichever season he was in. Her sig allows her to place passive damaging effects, which is excellent against opponents that would otherwise just shrug off normal debuffs.

However, otherwise I barely think about her sig ability. It's nice and certainly helpful, but not overly critical.

so, Kushy Bear usually loses out to Chavez in the “mystics shouldn’t be able to take these fights???” department ONLY because Chavez isn’t as i’m-acted by buff immunity.
she fights above her pay grade, often, and has one of them new combustible heads I’ve heard so much about. RANK HER!

At this point I'm going to ascend my 6* Kush because I haven't pulled a 7 and I'm just tired of dexing unblockable specials.

You don't have Shuri or Mr sin to block unblockables?
Touching 6* just for that is meh

Her awakening is nice, but even unawakened she is really good

Yeah that's why I've waited for the 7* but Sin and Shuri aren't Saga so Kush is useful that way and I have overflow 6* mats since I'm still doing Necro runs and Paragon Gauntlet...
