Second Rank 3 7*

I am planning on taking dazzler to rank 3 as soon as I have the resources but I’m unsure who my second rank 3 should be so I can become valiant.
This is my current 7* roster who do you think would be the best option for my second rank 3. I have a generic rank 1-2 gem also.

Dazzler is a good choice

How much does BGs matter to you? If you go hard to the paint on it, then I'd recommend Hyperion or Destroyer, as both are great dual threats. Dust is also a good option, but idk how much you want to rank-up two of the same class.
If you're looking for defenders, Spot is good. I'd also put him as a dual threat, but he really wants sig 200 to be speedy. I'd say the same thing for Overseer, albeit I know less about his gameplay loop.

I’ve never really gotten into playing BG I’ve only started recently so I can get the currency to be able to buy T4A so I can become Valiant.
I’m more looking for someone who would be more of an attacker and someone who I could use for act 9 or other endgame quests.

In that case, I'd be between Chee'ilth, Mordo, Hyperion, or Mr Negative. It all depends on what your six* roster is, really. If you need purify, easy access to bleed, or unstoppable counters, Chee'ilth is your girl. Need quick access to buff punish and / or DOT with degen? Mordo is who I believe is your best choice there. Hyperion does great damage, has armor break, power gain and fury, which is all helpful in the easy paths for act 9. Mr Negative has great access to heal reversal and can do some good damage with his degens.

All in all, these are what I'd consider when looking at what I need for upcoming act content based on your 7* roster alone. Hopefully this helps, and remember above all to rank your favorite champs, meta can come later haha.

Edit: Oh and also, Chee'ilth's awakened ability helps her somewhat in bleed immune matchups, and gives her a nice bit of utility in resisting physical burst / dot effects, but it is not at all required for her.
