he is almost immortal . After he threw a special, his regen is very crazy and is not able to knock down him.
is there any counter or any fighting way to take him down ?

Against abs man, lots of science champions that can stack a lot of debuffs are good choices.
Top draw would be silk, Luke, Titania, photon, human torch and a few others.
If you’re less lucky with your roster, an awakened Spider-Man is pretty good in lower tier AW, or sandman, void or quicksilver. You have any of those?
You mean OG Spider- Man? I got him but never use him
It’s easier to manage Abs’ healing with Luke or Titania, as their debuffs last a lot longer.
Cap IW can do it at max sig and with a tech champ on the team although I would recommend running despair with this just for more healing reduction
Most science champions can do it with despair, notable Quicksilver, Titania, Hulk, Silk, iBomb, Anti Venom, Photon or even Invisible Woman. Any champ placing a lot of debuffs + despair will do it really
Warlock, Mysterio, Sentinel, Howard the Duck, IMIW, Omega Sentinel, Nimrod, Lady Deathstrike and Deathless vision can all heal block him, although for many of those champions you’ll have to watch out for Abs Mans many immunities and resistances in different phases to get the most value
Because it’s war you can for the most part afford to take it slower with a ramping up science champion like void or scorpion. As a general point when facing regen science and tech are your go to classes (although there is the occasional counter elsewhere). It’s always worth having a regen reverser and a heal blocker ranked up cause there is always a new defender with regen every year and people loose their marbles before realising they can just use Void. Poison is the best debuff to be using against Abs Man as he can’t go immune to it (as a defender) and it will reduce his regen rate + whatever you get from despair.
I do know that for many summoners investing units into despair is daunting, it really is worth it in the long term but if you are worried about that initial investment you have to take up a really solid heal blocker AND heal reversal champ (a combination of The Leader, Void, Warlock and/or Omega Sentinel would be my go to picks for this, any 2 of those 4 and you’re sorted). This is why champs like Warlock are almost timeless, having a passive heal blocking effect which can just shut down your opponents and is almost always going to work is such a great utility for when fights like Abs Man, Weapon X or others pop up
