New player (2months) mastery setup suggestions

Guys here's my current mastery setup, I'm pushing to cav and people have to told me to revamp my mastery setup as my hero rating is way too low, any suggestions?

Start saving units, I wouldn't re do them until you got enough units and mastery cores.

To start, you’ll need the units to unlock (and eventually bring to level 4) each of the Greater versions of Cruelty/Precision (instead of the Lesser versions).

But when you’re ready, take a look at sample Mastery Loadouts that Kabam gathered together from different people.
