The Team has identified a fix for the recent Catalyst Offer issue.

Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.

Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.

We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.
Additionally, all summoners can expect a general compensation package due to this Emergency Maintenance interrupting their play session.

Rintrah root not activating?

Idk how to show this to yall but I pulled a 7 star rintrah yesterday and he was not rooting himself against juggs while he did so against ws and captain marvel. Am I missing something?

    I had same issue with a fight against deathless thanos

    the issue isn't persistent

    There was a fix for Rintrah rooting that I believe was live with this update. Prior to the fix, Rintrah was rooting for a split second too long (unable to punish specials) and could root just out of reach of defenders at the wall (rooted and whiffing just out of reach).

    I have played my Rintrah less since the update, but it’s possible the fix needs a little tuning.

    Can confirm. The root just does not apply against Juggernaut.

    It maybe a size issue. They made it so that the root only applies if Rintrah is close to the wall and the XL champs keep a distance

    After the update rintrah hasn't been the same. Kabam did some changes to him during the last update

    Yeah I am the owner of a rank 4 7* cow and it is scary sometimes using him. I think the guess is correct about size xl champs.

    I duelled my juggernaut and Rintrah roots him but he is not rooting the juggernaut from ROL.
