Various Whiffing Attacks

Greetings Summoners,
We’ve seen multiple reports of various attacks whiffing throughout the Contest. The team is actively investigating the cause and will update as soon as we identify the reason and have a plan of action to share. We understand these bugs are a frustrating experience and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Stay tuned for more information.

    Thank you, also it should be noted that it’s Iron-heart to Korg, that I know of, does anyone else know of any other champs the team should look at.

    Okoye Sp2 can be unreliable, not as bad as Titania SP1, but it happens enough to hurt her reliability

    Question? Does this include defenders using whiffs strategically to close distances in ways they never used too? Like mediums stopping infront of my block? Or light whiffing spam?

    Or is this specific to attackers whiffing?

    This is just the attack whiffing. In other words, an attack that should have landed that no longer is.

    OK ,if there a so called bug or is it? Working as intended? If this is a bug, with people chasing items "Light Essence", "Dark Plume" and so on. Should there be some compensation? or is this by design? Besides the whiff me personally is getting very frustrated with the AI recover time and hitting through block.

    Hey, didn’t anyone notice that Count Nefaria on 60 fps can immediately hit with heavy attack, but on 30 fps attack can’t reach?

    The Lotan scenario simply becomes impossible when I get there, my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 device with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory with a Snapdragon processor does not process the scenario properly!

    I don't know if it is a bug but when nefaria attacks lotan in phase 5 to reduce charges at special attack it whiffs first attack and there is a lot of lag in lotan match i had to use 10+ revives in a match where i can solo it

    Why is Juggs suffering from reverse controls in AW when he’s supposed to be immune?

    Yessss, was very confused at first, and some champs, I can't remember exactly, he will not be in range after his heavy, even at 60.

    Not every time, but quite a few times the opponent is able to block Okoye's sp2 after getting the first hit... has anyone else experienced this?
    And I don't know where to post it, but will we be getting a fix on- game crashing in between bg fights?

    Does the “whiff” include the ability for the defender to magically block mid combo/special

    Does this include the ability for defenders to recover mid heavy and throw a special? Multi-hit heavies are interrupted every time now. Parry, start chavez heavy, before second hit the defender isnt heavy stunned and if they have a special usually throw it otherwise dex away

    @KabamDORK do you know if there has been any progress here? This still happens very reliably on Titania SP2 when defender is not against the wall, and it has a critical impact on enchantress fights.

    Titania SP1 in Raids get disrespected. The defender will evade or throw punches in the middle of it. Sometimes they are able to evade the remaining SP1 attacks and punish the attacker. Sometimes they just land a cheap shot during specials.

    I consider this whiffing - hope this isn't off topic.

    Stark Spidey after a SP1 stun often doesn’t connect or do his first medium

    Some people seem to be confused as to what "Whiffing" means. When you throw an attack that should have hit but just passes through the opponent or otherwise doesn't connect when it should that is a "whiff". Not reverse control immunity issues, or any of the 1 million other bugs... focus people, focus!

    Invisible woman has whiffed on her heavy for months and months, against stunned champs.

    Someone showed where Mantis Sp2 whiffed the second part after a medium ender. I went into practice and found that you could you could do a medium ender in the corner and a light ender from anywhere

    As long as we can buy offer's and crystal's that is all that matter's, nevermind how many revive's / heal's you have to use due to this issue war battle lost, battleground places dropped arean loss's etc, but that's fine just do not forget to get the new offer. * SARCASM SPOTTED *

    Herc's second hit of his heavy has been whiffing lately when punishing specials. Hope that gets fixed soon.

    Seeing these BUGS you mentioned is nothing compared with the bugs I know today. The accounts of our alliance and some other alliances have been blocked. The reason is that you can't log in without opening the VPN. You can only log in normally by opening the VPN accelerator, and then you will be banned. Personally, I also hate people who cheat in the copy game of BG AW arena, but today there are so many people who have not used cheating software. Even if they open a VPN, they will be banned. How to solve this bug? If you don't open it, you can't go to the game. When you log in to the game, it will be banned. It's a perfect dead loop.

    Im now getting evaded mid special 2 in a luke cage v enchantress fight and punished. Can you guys please do something? More and more champs are failing special attacks out of nowhere and its honestly getting extremely frustrating and disheartening.

    Just had more whiffing, tigra claws straight through hercules body then got hit with a light attack to the face. Where is the update on this?
