DOT buff in raids

How good do yall think this is gonna be? Like will this be enough to make champs like venom and werewolf absolutely insane?

Latest Nightmare changelog makes reference to this.
But mentions only if defender has 5 Debuff Siphon inflicted (?)

There was a change to siphon slider (assault) and vicious placebo (tactician) buffs only for this next raid. They allow the DoTs to scale with role force for the ticks while you're hitting the opponent. I hear they are quite good, but would need to see them in action first.
