Will FTP be able to get t7 this pool shield event?

I’m very close to another r4 and I’m holding off on an r3 until this event starts, but idk if free to play players will be able to get even half a t7. @KabamPinwheel could you bless me with your help, should I just do the r3?

    For reference last year ftp could get 2 t4a which was the top resource at the time, there was like 2.5-3 total t4a available in the whole event
