Perma ban?

Dear Kabam support, I believe my account was unrightfully perma banned for cheating 100% necro. I best 50% of it in about 5 or so hours and when I returned my account was perma banned. I have spent a lot of money in the account and would just ask you unban it or at least give me proof that I so "cheated" my ingame name is CosmicBrownie42

I'm pretty certain their Necro anti-cheat has/is batting 1000.

My account has been clean for years, I've completed abyss and labyrinth 100% so why when I 100% necro I get perma banned. If I was cheating I would've been caught the moment I 100% abyss

It’s a different anti-cheating system in necropolis. You weren’t caught when you cheated in Abyss but Necro is different.

I didn't cheat tho, I should've recorded it tbh, or at least screenshotted it because all my champs died in each run and I had to use all my revives plus units to beat

And this where they wouldn't tell me. I asked for proof and in detailed proof of how I supposedly "cheated" by beating in game content that's supposed to be beaten and they said no

Yes, a good chunk of revives and units. With my Roster totally manageable as well

And when it takes MSD 3 hours to complete one run, you can't help but look at this guy and KNOW he's lying.

Now now, let's not be so quick judge...clearly, with these path durations, the team used would have been based around a fully synergized R4 S200 platpool on auto-fight!!

This is a perfectly logical/reasonable..... I can't carry on.

I know someone has already done the MSD comparison but in addition to this, LAGS has a necro playlist and he racked 28 hours for exploration.
Half of 28 is 14 so OP you are claiming to have cut Lagacy's exploration time by roughly 2/3?
