Yes, dark phoenix is the new champ with dark eye lashes and looks mean and probably does dark humour. Normal Phoenix is PG which already exists.
I also have 51 Plumes btw.

Phoenix is attacker focused dark phoenix has some attacker use but mostly meta defender

The in game description for the item says after the quest time frame they can be traded for Crystal Shards.

I calculated how many we need and have access to.
I'm skipping 5 from current months Mysterium.

I have 46. Would have 51 if I bought the 5.
24 from valiant EQ
4 left from double track.
That lands me at 74
I'll buy only 1 from next month's Mysterium store.
