HoF new 7 star champs exclusivity

Or are they trophy champs only in banquet or something?

Given how little 7 stars they have left to add that would really make a splash, I honestly think they're gonna keep both the omega days and hearts of fire champs locked to these pools and just give opportunities to get them every now and then, at least for a while. If they try and do this event again with 1 per class it's probably not gonna be as strong a pool as this again so they're probably gonna keep them locked in for as long as they can

But after one year, they added the Gifted Guardians into the basic pool, what’s the difference?

That wasn't a premium pool, that was a pool that was pretty achievable to get at least one of them for free. It was also the anniversary so giving stuff away was a lot more common. These pools bring exclusive to units and occasionally dropped back into the game in the way that gold pool was originally (just an example he's obviously not as strong) to encourage unit spending. There's a reason there weren't omega days selectors in the pool shields event
