Raids bug with Titania and weakness raid boost

I'm fighting Korg with Titania and I selected the Weakness raid boost where each weakness debuff on the opponent should increase the Raid fervor gained by 6 (max 30) on the completion of an in-fight mission. However, when fighting Korg, even with 5 weaknesses, I only gain a maximum of 6 Raid Fervor anytime I punish a special or heavy attack. This makes the Role Charge ramp brutal (need to do 10 missions to get one Role Charge), and since the raid boost description hasn't changed, this seems like clearly unintended behavior. This was working perfectly fine last month

Correction: I only gain a maximum of 6 Raid Fervor anytime I complete a mission, not when I punish heavies or specials (That's the mechanic for giving the opponent the weakness debuffs). Each time I punish heavies and specials, I still gain additional weaknesses, up to 5, but the Raid Fervor gained per mission is, at most, 6, even with 5 weakness debuffs on Korg. I should be gaining 30 Raid Fervor every time I complete a mission with 5 weakness debuffs on Korg.

Same here, first time trying Nightmare Raids thought it was me who was doing something wrong. I also can’t build up my alliance mate either as i’m not getting the role charges. I can max get like 2 a fight so also holding back the people in my lane.

On the 19th of April (24 days ago), I reported this bug through a request form. (Ticket number #769625.) I have used titiana a lot before and she worked perfectly. Since last nightmare raids she was bugged and not building up her raid fervors correctly. I forgot about the ticket because its closed automatically after reporting and kabam employee says its solved. Then yesterday doing normal raids I joined again with titiana and weak spot buff, and she still is broken. Reported it directly again after raid start yesterday (ticket number #781112). Ticket again gets closed immediately and get status solved. Meanwhile bug is still not fixed and I need to use extra items te help out team members. Building the charges for them is so hard. Now I just found this post on the forum and see more players have this problem with weak spot and specific champs. KABAM FIX THIS ASAP

I personally wasn't having any trouble in last month's nightmare raids with Titania using the Weak Spot boost, but if you were experiencing this same issue last month, then that's awful, it's a really bad bug.

I submitted a ticket on this issue yesterday (ticket #781199), and that ticket is also currently marked "solved" despite complete radio silence from Kabam on this, and despite the issue definitely not being fixed.

Kabam, I'm a developer, I understand bugs can't be fixed immediately most of the time, but stop the radio silence and at least tell us you're working on it. Nevertheless, we will be expecting revive compensation, assuming the bug is fixed with enough time for us to finish the raid week.

Please say something other than closing tickets with copy and paste garbage. (I am tier 3 support in IT at my company. My boss would call these ticket responses garbage if I wrote them.)

@KabamDORK @KabamPinwheel It's Thursday, we're almost halfway through the Raids week. This radio silence (not just on my post, but on every other post on this that I've seen) is unacceptable with how difficult Raids is to play with this bug. This bug isn't even on the Trello board that explicitly tracks bugs, so we have no idea if you're working on this. If you're swamped and can't muster a response, feel free to copy-paste this:

All we need right now is a response. I'm personally ok if you aren't able to fix this until after the Raids week is over (as long as you send us the appropriate compensation for any rewards we missed out on). This issue does admittedly suck, but I'm aware bugs can generally be harder to fix than outsiders think. However, the lack of acknowledgement of this issue is extremely unprofessional. I personally whaled out on the Heart of Fire event because I enjoy this game and what you guys have been able to create, but this unprofessional behavior on a very clear, validated bug is making me seriously reconsider ever doing that again.

This is crazy, I run tactician, so I just have to deal with the 2-3 charges per mini??. The fix after fact doesn’t help my resources spent

I don't believe this has been posted anywhere else and, since I barely use discord, I missed it until now. Thank you for fixing the bug. My hope is revive compensation is coming very soon, since many revives were essentially burned through because of this bug.

Right? You can’t just nerf champs for a good chunk of days, have players burn through revives not knowing when/if it will be fixed, then say oops our bad, sorry about your luck. To your point both as a knock on effect as teammates had to fight with less charges.

I think its still not fixed! Facing same issue with silk and weak shot. So far faced it in normal raids on Arkus and torch boss.
