Delay raid start time

Even if you don’t delay it all the way to Tuesday, have a window to allow alliances to recruit members and bring them in without having to forego a full week of rewards. It would be a great pro-player move. Even 5 hours (to the daily reset) would help.

    Please don’t changes like this just allows more chances for bugs, people have known raid month was coming should have moved earlier.
