banned without reason

Hello dear
I need a help
They banned me without any reason for 712 hours
Few months ago am use a mod version by mistake and they banned me for a week after that am playing legal version of game a play loyaly this game but today they banned me agian
Please help

I think it was his cat that downloaded the mod and did LOL on his account
