Weak hits

My 5/50 x23 and other champs are hitting in AQ for like 2-300 on non crit hits. X23 at 5/50 vs a 7k sym is requiring 40-60 hits on a regular basis. Can somebody enlighten me as to why in AQ your champs hit like they are 2 levels below their actual rank? Champs at like 10k+ in AW never even take that many hits.

It's been science and mystic syms for sure. Pretty sure AA and psylock are doing the same. It's been something ongoing but after the two sym today I paid much more attention and decided to post.

My guess would be the poorly implemented challenger rating.

I still can't figure out when it's active and when's it not. Sometimes I see it, sometimes I don't. AQ (especially the stinking, cheating Symbiods) seem to have it activated.
