Somehow had managed to avoid him for a while now but it finally happened...last 2 titan pulls= Red Hulks

He's solid. Nowhere near the top. Not trash either. He just is.
And you’re staring at Red hulk with a higher sig than most of the other 7 stars you have. You basically lost the game when you pull him from a Titan. Doing it multiple times while newer champ evade you feels terrible. Same thing happened with colossus and symbiote supreme for me….
Kabam knows they are duds. They should put in a mercy mechanic after multiple dupes out of a Titan
A new movie was coming and Kabam hurriedly did the tickmark and called it promotion duties.
- Enchantress? No. Rhulk can counter her spells by playing around them, but he has no way to counter miss or unstoppable
- Sasquatch? Rhulk has burst damage but he doesn't have the correct debuffs to counter Sasquatch
- Nico Minoru? Maybe, but there are better options for her, like any poison immune champion that isn't cosmic, or any buff immune champion
For a champion to be meta relevant in 2025, they have to be able to counter meta relevant defenders. That's how the game works in 2025. For example, Bastion is meta-relevant because he counters Onslaught, Bullseye, and other mutants. Jean Grey is meta-relevant because she counters every skill defender in game. Spider Woman is relevant because she counters Enchantress and plenty of other defenders. Red Hulk? He does work for these defenders, but he's not the best option because he cannot counter those specific RPG mechanics.TL/DR: In short, the Contest has moved past Red Hulk, that's why people are complaining about pulling him. Sure he is a decent attacker, but he doesn't have the right tools to counter specific champions or shine in specific areas.
