Solo battlegrounds radiance rewards

Hi, I didn't receive the solo battlegrounds rewards, I was in uru6 but didn't get any. I got the Alliance one but didn't receive the solo one. But the alliance mates received their radiance.
I am attaching the in game mail for your reference

    If you haven't played a single fight in the gladiator arena, you won't receive any rewards.

    Happens every season, even though there is a statement to that effect in the game

    Idk why some of you stop playing after reaching GC,
    Like the real BG starts from GC,
    not end.

    Exactly, the real BG starts from GC… you know, the one where your blood pressure spikes and you question all your life choices. Truly peak entertainment. 😏
    Yeah it's fun, if the ir opponent has 9+ R4 champs and all the irritating champs with max sigs and R3

    Just because somebody has money to buy a bunch of champs and rank up materials, doesn't mean anything, at all.

    I've absolutely destroyed many a whale in bg's, and I'm rocking a grand total of 4 r4 champs.
