Hi, I didn't receive the solo battlegrounds rewards, I was in uru6 but didn't get any. I got the Alliance one but didn't receive the solo one. But the alliance mates received their radiance. I am attaching the in game mail for your reference

Ok, at the start if season I was vibranium 2 and reached uru6 its good. Played few and lost many of those and I was still uru6. Stopped playing for 3-5 days and then baam suddenly I am in uru 1. Nightmare bug, not able to gain role charge
Unable to gain role charge when fighting gentle using silk and domino. Also punishing the heavy attack Domino not gaining precision buff. For proof unable to upload vedio 😭
