Glory store is only half each with limit of 5. All 10 in Traders Outpost add up to a half of 1.

Kabam didn't think about a single knock-on effect of the new relics. Can't take a relic to R4 without buying the sigil, alloy supply is harshly limited and there's an event where you get points for ranking up, defenders getting access to battlecast relic benefits (which is currently shut off). Kabam has a hard time considering consequences before taking action.

Relics will now be linked to prestige so they will no doubt be selling these resources when that rolls out. So I think it's more likely by design and everyone else will get access via store updates 6 months later and in act 9.3 rewards

why weren’t you already working on buying those little by little to have a full inventory before this relic event? You knew eventually more relics were on the way and would need to be ranked up. Sounds like poor planning on your part.

no it isn’t, I just took a relic to r4 today on my second account that doesn’t have sigil.

This is a well thought event. You may not be able to rank many relics for points, but you can use unlimited amount of units to buy unlimited amount of 5 star relic crystals. For -less- points.
