Okoye vs Bullseye

I just saw video of Okoye beating Bullseye.
She just fought normally, no Bullseye auto-block counters.
Is she able to bypass it???

When you dex with okoye she places and ensnared. That's what bypasses bullseye's evade mechanic (whatever it's called).

When u dex she places a debuff on the opponent that preven them from evading

Yeah, Okoye is actually one of the best Bullseye counters in my opinion. He melts so fast to her DoT.

I think this has caught a lot of people by surprise in BGs. They confidently draft Bullseye and jump to place him as a defender, only to see me finish the fight with >90% health in ~30s. The only harder, easier-to-use Bullseye counter in my book is Mr. Sinister.

Well there are a lot more counters who can also handle his bleeds in longer fights where they become a problem. Like Bastion.
