My account got banned

I tried to open the game today, but it says my account has been permanently suspended, my alliance guys told me it might be because of 2 devices, I play on my tablet when at home and my phone when im bored in college, i didn’t know this was bannable, could anybody help me out please? I spent years on that account.

So just to answer your question.

No you can not get ban from using multiple devices. At one time I was using 3 different devices because of heat issue.

So the reason for your would of been something else, but no member on the forum would be able to know what it might be.

You can try raise a ticket with Kabam customer service, but the high chance not much will be done with it.

i don’t know the “real reason” actually, whatever you guys think it is, i tried logging in to raise a ticket but it won’t even let me login to raise a ticket on the kabam website

You need to create an account with their help desk system or log in with Google. It doesn’t use your Kabam account login.

Boring cause the only thing being descripted is 2 devices which is not grounds for a ban. There is no trip to a south american region, no hacker who stole the password, no señorita, no description of how loyal the player has been for X years. Just a lie such as "I play on 2 devices"... Pft B O R I N G
