Sometimes it can take some time to show up. If there's an issue where they don't show up, I'm sure they'll make good on it. History has shown.

There is another promo code "SWARDANDTHESTONE" which gives 5 valiant or paragon crystals based on progressions.

I also lost everything. No dally crystal no market points for anything, no iceman from code and the other code for 5 event crystals. Nothing, not spending anymore and this game, lost interest with all these screwups.

Give It some time. I claimed daily crystal and it showed up in my account just now, 2.5 hours after i claimed so hopefully procode items will show up as well.

codes don’t even seem to be working anymore, enter the code on play store and nothing happens, just circle of death and then refresh.

Try all caps. I was having the same issue and all caps works. It might take 5-10 secs but it will work.

Thanks mate, I tried all caps but still no luck. Even the daily crystal won't claim so I think the web store is just struggling ATM.

Anyone know how long the promo code is good for? When i hit claim, it just spins then resets. No message or anything. I figure I let it sit for a while but I don't wanna miss out on it.
