Compensation not correct

Hi,

I know i am not the only one. But dear Kabam, you Said all those affected by ban are getting double rewards. We did get double revives etc but no double summoner fest points. Now i know you guys in Kabam are good with numbers ( yeah but if se give them those extra 10k they get this for free, but if they want iz let they buy iz)...and i can't find topic...cuz you delete posts, hiding etc. If you would be so kind as to give us your alter (that was not writen) version how you manage to, ban US, prinude US something, and yet not filled that promise.?

How hard is to make the game simply work?

How hard with all your money is to hire People that dont make those mistakes?

They literally said it would be double everything EXCEPT Summoner points

this is very difficult to read. what are you complaining about? not getting double summonerfest points? they clearly said no one affected would get double points - everything else is doubled.

My bad than. I understand its doubled everything. I guess not. Lucky we have money and we can pay to Kabam to get IT. Xoxox. Thx for clarification

Here's a screenshot of the post they didn't delete. They also weren't deleting posts that day, they were merging them because players couldn't read and see the dozens of other posts.
