Sugestão para a Comp da Comp

I would like to mention a situation that you may have already heard rumors or facts about. There are players claiming to have received three compensation packages (the one that comes with the Titan Nexus), and I witnessed more than one player stating this in the chat of a content creator's live stream during Kabam's live stream. I only received one, and I'm not here for that. There is an official post stating that another package of the same kind will be given... great, no complaints there. What I would like to suggest is that instead of one more package, TWO packages be given, because that would be fair to those who didn't have the bug, and those who received three packages wouldn't need a clawback. Those who received three keep them, and those who didn't receive any get two. Likewise, those who received two would only get one more. Maybe it's something complex and would take time, but, as I said, it's just a suggestion.

If there have been any cases of four or more compensations, then Kabam needs to resolve the issue immediately and with a little more rigor, because it gives an advantage and benefits the growth of a small group of “lucky” players (it's not their fault, I know that). The rest are just watching these issues remain unresolved to this day.

As mentioned above, it will be up to Kabam to decide how much compensation will be paid. All we can do is comment, make suggestions, and hope that some of our suggestions are heard and implemented!
