Misssing key box

So I bought all the keys on the web store now I am in the game and the box is gone so I can’t use the keys

Hi there. I am a whale on Mcoc known Kira. I have been purchasing keys in bundles of 2, trying to hit the Awakening gem and 3-4 gem in the Armory Box. Of course, it has come down to 3 hits left ( 3-4 gem, awakening gem, and some titan shards). So i did what anyone else would do, and buy the last 3 keys in my webstore to get the rest, why not. I loaded up the game and now the box is gone. I have the keys, but the box is simply gone. Im not sure if the game recognizes that I bought out the offer, and so they removed the box, but it makes no sense. And it is also frustrating spending $900 within 20 minutes, and not being able to obtain the items you purchased. This seems like such a silly mistake. Now we sit here, pocket’s emptier, just waiting for you to fix the game and make this right. Please fix this immediately, and compensate any players affected by this disappointing bug.

Yeah Quack Attack. Im not sure mate. It’s really weird. Hopefully they fix this immediately, it will determine what my spending looks like at banquet.

You can view the drop rates of each item in the box, and both the 3-4 gem and the awakening gem have a chance of 0.08% each. So it's basically almost impossible you'll actually get either of those two items without first buying 14 other keys to get all the other rewards.

No clue on why the box is vanishing though.

Are you saying the icon on the bottom of the screen to get to the box disappeared on your end?

Yes, Kabam Rex. Let me attach a few photos for you. I have the keys. But after buying out the key offer, the box disappeared before using them.

Triv, I have an active fourm post up as well. They are looking into it. Hopefully they will compensate, I have waited over an hour. Sitting on 3 keys with no box.

I am having this same issue. I was able to get everything but the 3-4 gem and now I have a key and no 3-4 gem. IGN is Bos Conndu.

I was really looking forward to this so I could awaken and R4 my spider woman. This would make a huge deal in my BG deck. I really hope this is fixed for the current season

I had not some keys and can now no longer use them because my gotcha box disappeared has that happened to anyone else?
