What is the fastest way to become a endgame player?

I am valiant. 2 R3's and 15k Prestige. 2.1 mil rating. I want to be a super endgame player. I want champs like deathless thanos as a 7 star. I have not done any long form content and have 300 units? How can I become an engame player with 10k+ units and champs like deathless thanos? How long would it take

Spend if you want,.,but even if you spend a substantial amount of money and grind out all the end game content (you’ll never catch them).

As you advance the current end game players will be doing the same,..as soon as you get your first few 7* R4’s ,..they will have moved on to 7* R5’s…and so it goes on and on.
