My account got Hacked and banned and I am not getting any help
I am a returning player and I was not active but since the compensation rolled out I decided to progress and do a run to become valiant. After returning back and playing for a few days I noticed that I was unable to log in as it was showing some other devices are connected which was not possible so I created a ticket (ticket number - #870435) and mentioned everything. Also I posted in this forum section as well that some other devices showing logged in on my account. However, I didn't receive any immediate help as I was searching for the previous emails or transaction history to find the answers to security questions which I misplaced along the way as my account is almost 10 years old. I tried to login and reconnect but I was seeing the same error message. After a day when I tried to login again it was showing my account was permanently banned for terms of service violation for accessing from a third-party app. I clearly notified Kabam beforehand that something unusual is happening. Now Kabam has asked me security questions to confirm the ownership when I appealed to lift the ban and I have provided all the correct information. However today you responded with a generic response that suspension would not be lifted. This is absurd and heartbreaking as I've been playing the game since 2016 and they are banning my account for a hacker's activity. In the email it was stated that I should've been more aware. How can I be aware of hackers? Hackers are called hackers because they can access or take over something which can catch people off guard. I have never shared my details with anyone and never done something wrong. I've been playing this game with passion and integrity. If anyone from Kabam is seeing this please at least listen and understand my concern and please not give me a generic response. This is my humble request after playing this game for almost 10 years I don't deserve this treatment.
