Who to r3

I’m working my way through act 9 to get enough resources to r3 champs to reach valiant. Which two of these three champs would you rank up? I got okoye first, so I know her the best, but I’m going to learn the other two as well. Do any of them suffer big time from not being awakened?

Other notable champs are maxed 6* doom and herc and a 7* Warlock

Okoye or Karolina, Okoye has evade counter and good damage, Karolina also do good damage but need specific play style. Wait on SW, don’t know how she perform post nerf.
