They need to rework incursions again. It's the only content that we can do repeatedly outside of BGs and Arena. Milestones need to reset daily and rank up resources need to be added to the incursions store. An incursions solo event also needs to be added to make incursions even more appealing. They can even add a whole new mechanic where you start out with a 2 star and as you progress you spin for stronger champs and hacks.

As for the loyalty store, it's only use is the 7 star crystal. Everyone else just spends loyalty on potions. The glory store makes more sense to have the rank up mats since it's PVE and not PVP.

Loyalty store is badly overpriced, and needs an update. We are constantly getting Loyalty as rewards, but have no worthy 7* resources to spend it on. It's full of 6* materials.

The Loyalty crystal is there, but it's expiration time needs to be drastically reduced. A 90 day wait period is just too long nowadays, especially for a RNG champ with no guarantee you'll get who you want. No wonder a lot of players are accruing loyalty faster than they can spend it. There's nothing of value to spend it on.

Agree about the rank up mats. It's just badly outdated crystals and potions for units. The cost should be lowered by now too.

I also think they should update the crystals to include some of the new champs that have been released.

I think Battle Grounds store really needs an update. Not sure how that will go with the radiance store, but the BG store is really overpriced now for T4a, T4 alloy, and we really need T7b in there as well now.

We need more Mysterium offer and Radiance to every BG progression

BG store is ok, but a few improvements wouldn't hurt. I'd like to see some Titan shards added, and 7* shard cost lowered to 3,000 or 2,500.
