Phone Heat Up after November Update

Hi.. anyone experiencing tremendously phone heat up after the November update??

Its going around; and I am too experiencing it to the point I put my phone in the freeze when I do auto-fight on Daily Quest and come back after 5 mins to to start the next one til done with a 3 in a day (its that bad),
