this game feels more and more like modern politics…. Implement terrible decisions, role it back… claim the mantle of “good guy” for doing so.

Maybe someone could try bypassing the terrible decisions altogether.

It wasn't a terrible decision. I would consider a myriad of decisions as terrible over this one. It was a fun, little bet. 100 Units isn't that terrible.
