Two devices

Hello everyone.
I'm getting a new phone in a few days, and I'd like to be able to play the game on both my old and new one: one I use during breaks at work and the other at home. So far, I've only used one phone, and I'd like clarification on a question I unfortunately haven't found an answer to in previous forum discussions. The question is: can I have the game on two devices? Reading previous discussions, many say yes, but I haven't found the answers very convincing. In fact, almost everyone said that I just had to close the game on one device while using the other one. But my real question is: how should I handle events like AW, AQ, and BG? Can I do them with either one or the other one or if I start with one, do I have to continue with that one? I haven't found an answer to this question. I don't want to face penalties or a ban.

Yes you can have the game installed on 2 devices, but you cannot run the game on both devices AT THE SAME TIME. I use 2 devices and when I close the game on 1 device I give a 15-min grace period before opening it up on the second device (I do this just in case to prevent a ban, etc)

You can run AW, AQ, BG as normal on either device theres no penalty for that. just follow the above instructions and you should be good

I play on two different phones and my PC and never had an issue.

They are mostly looking for people who account share.

I played on both Android and iOS and I am login to the Game centre of both systems so Kabam knows it's me no matter what device I use

I installed on a Android phone but I mainly play on 2 devices, iPhone and iPad

I switch between devices within seconds when one device is low battery so I can charge and continue playing on another device

I play on multiple devices for various reasons. I can tell you this much with absolute certainty:

You can play your account on multiple devices with no risk of ban. I do it, many of the devs do it, by itself this has never caused a problem.
If you’re logged in on one device and you log into your account on another device, you’ll be kicked out of your account on the first device to ensure you are not logged in two different devices simultaneously. I’ve done this occasionally when I’ve forgotten, or when I have no choice. This also has never caused me a problem in and of itself.
You can freely switch between devices regardless of what you’re doing. You can do a an AW fight, say, switch to a different device, and then finish your path. Content-wise this is not a problem, and there’s no specific risk to your account ban-wise for doing this.

If you’ve heard stories of people getting banned for doing these things, you’ve been misinformed. A lot of people get banned and then assume they were caught for reasons other than how they were caught, and sometimes people just straight up lie because they don’t want to admit they were blatantly cheating. Ask the guy who claimed he was banned for playing the game while vacationing in Mexico.

Pro-tip: Kabam does not ban people for playing in Mexico. I was at the Fest and confirmed this with official sources.
