Yes the first thing I would do when playing is buy a ridiculous amount of very specific items that you need to navigate the headache of a store ui to even get to and purchase
Normally I’m as skeptical as all y’all when it comes to posts like this, but like… OP has a billion boosts and potions that came from somewhere. I don’t think any reasonable player is buying all those on purpose. Kabam will be able to check and make sure the account wasn’t logged into from another device. Assuming that it’s as OP claims and a young kid was on his phone and just pressing buttons, I’m sure this can be resolved (so long as OP hasn’t used any of the items yet).
As long as you didn't use any of the purchased items, there is hope for Kabam support. It does take time for them to respond though.
I believe you and I hope support reverses those purchases. They might be a bit backlogged at the moment, there was all kinds of stuff going on between the Fest and the Twitch drop affair.
My question for you though is: why are you allowing your brother, or anyone, to use your phone unmonitored? What happens when your little brother gets you fired when he starts responding to your work emails? What happens when your little brother gets you banned from social media platforms? Starts cancelling your flights and restaurant reservations? Randomly changes the phone numbers of important contacts? Unless you’re capable of completely locking down your device, the damage someone can do to you makes losing 54k of units in MCOC a tiny hiccough.
I have no idea why people are so cavalier with this kind of stuff. The rest of the world is not always going to accommodate this kind of behavior, nor should they. If your little brother decided to sell your stock profile, no one would lift a finger to help you with that. MCOC is just a game, and support will probably help you out, but that’s actually the incredibly fortunate part of all this.
Going to be real blunt here. One day it’s going to be something actually important, and it will be permanent. And it won’t be bad luck, it won’t be poor customer support, and it won’t even be your brother’s fault. It’ll simply be the consequence of a voluntary and deliberate choice.
I say this not to dunk on you, but in the hopes this doesn’t happen to you. I hate seeing the consequences of unforced errors. This did not have to happen. This one could have easily been avoided. Make sure the next one is.
Oh my… Send a message to support - and do not use any of the items. They should be able to reverse it, but keep in mind they're swamped at the moment with hundreds of tickets about Twitch Drops, so give them a bit of time to get to you.
How did this happen? Why was your brother even playing using your account? That's a lot of revives and potions.. lol.. was your brother mad at you?

You need to check if your brother hasn't used it; if not, Kabam will refund it…

This was my first thought. Unsecured account and a bad actor got revenge.
Items are fungible, meaning support can’t tell the difference between a potion you had last week and the potions you buy today. It’s all just a counter.
The problem comes if you started with ten, accidentally buy twenty, then use eleven. Now you have 19 left, so support cannot remove 20. I don’t know what happens then. They might be able to say we can’t reverse all the purchases, so they will only reverse the ones they can. Or in rare cases that are much more complex than this, they may decide they cannot do anything.
To reverse a transaction, at a bare minimum you want to make sure that a) the stuff is all literally still in your account to be reversed: if you bought X, support can take X away, and b) you did not open random rewards for which you now have information about what those rewards actually generated. Support cannot reverse such things, because they cannot undo the fact you now know what dropped from those crystals.
Selectors are a bit different, because you do not gain any special knowledge from selecting a reward from a selector. If you accidentally buy a selector and the game immediately prompts you to pick something, that’s usually ok to go through before asking support to reverse that transaction. You don’t know anything more than when you started, you are not asking for a second chance to gain better rewards.
Support will not, in my experience, partially reverse transactions. If you bought a bundle that contains X Y and Z, and then you use Z, they aren’t generally going to try to partially reverse the transaction refunding just X and Y in some prorated way. Bundles are all or nothing.
