Defaulting back to 30 FPS

I play on my iPad Air (at home) and iPhone 17 Pro Max (at work or at gym), but I have experienced that everytime I have been playing on my phone and go back to my iPad, it changes to 30 FPS. Pretty annoying if I eg. go into an important AW fight and forget to manually change to FPS.

Have any of you experiences the same? And more imporantly; found a solution?

Anyone knows if Kabam is aware of this bug? I think I once saw an online list/site containing upcoming fixes…

not sure if that (link, acknowledgement, above) is meant to just have to do 1 time once playing on latest version.

Or if it continues to reset on those people, and they have to change back to 60 every time.

If I continue to play on my iPad, then it does not change to 30 FPS. It is only when I switch back and forth between iPad and iPhone.
