Did I just loose 5k units?

I just completed the Venom the duck side quest event for the Star Lord piece. I made a silly mistake however, I brought my symbiote Champion, but just for whatever reason, I was in a groove and just beat the quest on auto pilot forgetting to switch over to that champion for the final fight. Now the quest is gone and I can’t go back into it and redo it. Is that it, did I just lose out on Star Lord and I guess already Doom?

U can repeat that quest as many times as u want with spiderverse or symboites
