Anyone else miss having information?

We’re closing in on a trophy store update in about ten days, but we have no information about it, other than it being soft-pedaled as minor because radiance is the endgame currency.

Cyber deals are coming and the banquet is around the corner. After the roller coaster of these events in 2023 and 2024 (a dud banquet in 2023, followed by a banquet that far outperformed cyber weekend in 2024) we have almost no information on these to allow an informed decision for where to spend money and/or units.

And we haven’t had a new progression title in about two years, after getting TB/P/V roughly 18 months apart. There are valiants with 2 rank 3’s and there are valiants with 20 rank 4’s. Our roster needs are completely different and the only place to actually address that is by grabbing more radiance, because there’s very little difference between a top-500 alliance and a top-2500 alliance.

Do y’all miss the days where we’d get a forum post with a big table announcing upcoming store changes? Or a new progression title with store changes?

I agree that they should be more proactive in releasing information sooner.

But historically speaking didn’t they drop the change detail when announcing the next season? The season hasn’t ended so were more likely to get it some time next month.

As for banquet and cyber, maybe i joined before the time they used to, but i can’t recall a time they dropped details on cyber rewards before the day of the event and banquet details are usually some time in December.

a new title would be nice.

There's actually way more info about Banquet and Cyber ahead of time than ever before, with the sole intention to create informed decisions on where to spend resources.

Historically, these events have not had information released before the day of the sale.

Top 30 prestige is the new progression titles. Expect that to be used for reward separation for more than just EQ rewards in the future.

Why would they announce information about a new progression title when there is no new progression title forthcoming?

Also, they basically told us what the BG store update would entail on the livestream (slightly lower prices for current items and introduction of tiny amounts of 7 sig stones and T7B). As far as CW and Banquet, we have way more info about some of the champs and deals than we did last year.

Honestly I liked the charts for archival purposes too. They were searchable and it was easier to see how things evolved over time.

Historically, cyber weekend = more guaranteed value, whereas banquet might have higher rare/desirable items but more RNG.

Bad banquet luck and that one really bad one years ago has left me prioritizing cyber weekend each year

Banquet value depends mostly on the quality of the milestones. If you roll i to banquet with high hopes from the crystal pulls, you’re probably going to be unhappy.

My plan is to assess the $ deals during cyber and possibly buy some units if the bonus items are attractive. Then I’ll probably wait on all unit spends until banquet so I can support the ally events.

People keep saying we have details on CW and Banquet, but are they published anywhere? We shouldn’t have to trawl through old live streams to find info. Also, what is the info? Super Skrull and Yondu for 10k units, and a Banquet Box.

It’s quite early to expect Banquet details so not really a fair criticism. CW is normally a surprise. It’s fine not having details but I don’t comprehend the people suggesting we’ve got a lot of info, cos we don’t.
