Serpent rooted

So I found out that if you are rooted in BG bevause of the node and Serpent does his sp2 you can't parry block his 2 projectiles only hold block. Has he this standard in his kit because I found it rather strange that I was getting hit fully

it’s not about dexterity if they are trying to parry…

OP, it’s possible that this a weird bug but my guess would be a skill issue. Not trying to knock your skills, just pointing out that it’s really hard to parry his projectiles if you get rooted at close range. Might seem like you’re doing it correctly but your timing is slightly off. Personally, I would block the first two hits of the sp2 projectiles and try to parry the third. See how that goes.

@Herbal_Taxman thats not the issue if i play practice against my own serpent i always parry block his 2 projectiles from his sp2 but when i’m rooted in BG they don’t parry block it seems and i get fully hit its f* weird

If you're in GC the node applies disorient while you're rooted, so your DAA is reduced and parry can fail.
