Regarding 7 star Compensation

I opened 34 - 7 star crystals and didn’t get any new champs. When the compensation came in I didn’t receive any Crystal shards. When i raised a ticket they told me that i open on 10:51 and 10:52 AM pst (how convenient).
What if i loaded the crystal before and opened them at stated time. FYI cutoff 10:50 AM.
Can you please investigate this thoroughly, because i am pretty sure i didn’t see any new 21 champs neither got any of them.

You want them to be more thorough than telling you the exact minute you opened your crystals?

No its not about that.

Firstly i did not see or get any new 21 champs. Secondly were the crystals fixed at 10:50 or it was a chosen time after which they think its fixed and don’t care!
Also there is a difference in loading the crystals and opening up, since it very close to the fix deadline just wanted to make sure.
