I really don't understand. Since the game was launched, I've been playing it since 2016. My attitude towards this game is: love, loyalty, and passion. But! But! Due to my work, the area I'm responsible for at work can't log in to this game normally! It's so painful and hard to bear. Who can understand the psychology of someone with a collecting hobby and a Marvel fan? So I used a game accelerator. This week, my account was permanently banned. I didn't use any cheats! I swear to God! I don't understand why using a game accelerator would lead to a ban? Can anyone help me?

Never heard of a accelerator before.

Any form of third party program that influences anything *in-game* is generally not allowed. Very very very few exceptions. (Like twitch drops or summoner market)

Boosts phone/pc performance so you get higher frame rates and load times. More responsive controls and gives you an advantage. They are not allowed in many games.

I'm a little confuse by OP's post about game security. So OP can't play it normally due to work restriction but can play it with a game accellerator. Am I missing something but this story doesn't make sense to me. OP can only log in with a game accellerator at work but can't without it. Some make this make sense.
